Responsible gaming
Free Credit Singapore is built for entertainment, not income. Here's how to keep play safe, and where to get help if it stops feeling fun.
Play for entertainment, not profit
Gambling should be fun and never a way to make money or solve financial problems. Only ever play with money you can afford to lose, and treat any winnings as a bonus, not an expectation.
Set your own limits
- Deposit limits: cap how much you can add to your account daily, weekly or monthly, from your account settings.
- Loss limits: set a maximum amount you're willing to lose over a given period.
- Session reminders: get a prompt after a set amount of time playing, so a quick session doesn't turn into hours.
- Time-outs: lock your account for a short cooling-off period, from 24 hours up to a few weeks.
Self-exclusion
If you need a longer break, you can request self-exclusion to close or suspend your account for an extended period or permanently. Contact support through live chat or Telegram to set this up. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed early.
Signs to watch for
- Spending more time or money than you planned to.
- Chasing losses by depositing again to "win it back."
- Hiding your play from family or friends.
- Borrowing money or neglecting responsibilities to keep playing.
If any of this sounds familiar, it may be time to set a limit, take a break, or reach out for support.
